We were asked to design and develop a computer-based instruction within a hypermedia software application. The project was to include a lesson plan, assessment activity, and self-evaluation activity. We were to select one of the following types of instructional methods for the computer-based instruction: drill and practice, tutorial, game, stimulation, discovery, or problem solving. Components of the computer-based instruction needed to include the following media: hypertext and hyperlinks, and multimedia (images, video, audio/sound).
During this assignment I learned how to link individual power point slides to other slides, allowing students to
interact during the power point. I likned the slides to other slides depending on the answer the students chose. If the student answered correctly (by clicking on the correct answer) they would move to another question. If they answered incorrectly they would be redirected to a slide that explained the concept, and then prompted to try to answer a similar question.
